Family winter holidays in Courchevel

I’m happy when I manage to spend the whole week together with my family. We all have been mountain skiing for a long time, that is why it was decided to spend winter holidays in Courchevel – a French ski resort. There are excellent ski tracks there and skiing brings real joy.

This time we experienced all kinds of weather. At first there was almost no snow on slopes and it was extremely difficult to ski. There were risks to hit rocks and ice. We were really lucky to ski without falls and injuries, but some acquaintances of mine broke legs. And when it started snowing afterwards, the weather became cold and windy. That was a good reason to take a break with a mug of mulled wine.

Both in the hotel and on tracks we met a lot of friends and acquaintances. It seemed to me that the whole Moscow came there. We spent evenings in big and cheerful companies.

Christmas was celebrated in “La Taiga” restaurant together with Mikhail Prokhorov. The place was not crowded, but it was fun. We had great time. Performing guests of the party were Valeriy Meladze and Potap&Nastya. But the most striking live performance was by “Discoteka Avariya”.

On the following day Mikhail arranged an informal lunch in the open air. After skiing all our family dropped by his chalet. Hot soup, mulled wine, a great company and good music… What can be better for Christmas afterparty?

In the evening there was another pleasant event. We congratulated my friend Svetlana Metkina on her birthday. Traditional birthday party was organized in “Cheval Blanc” hotel’s restaurant.
